CGAP is a consortium of 33 public and private
funding organizations, bilateral and multilateral development agencies,
private foundations, and international financial institutions. They
work together to expand poor people's access to financial services.
Oxford Business Partners was retained to research
and draft guidelines for microfinance funds that improve the disclosure
of financial performance and helps bring more capital into the sector.
